Sunil V Rao is the Chief Executive Officer of Closed Gap Enzen. Sunil has over 19 years experience in providing Business leadership and Consultancy. His experience covers a number of Industry sectors which includes Power, Paper, Petroleum, Chemical, Mining etc.

Sunil was the Business Head –Saarc Countries for a pioneering German MNC which introduced the concept of Advanced RRFF systems in this region. This concept was based on a patented and revolutionary ‘WM’ technology and he was instrumental in spreading a new awareness for better Safety in the Civil Defence and Industries. Sunil also pioneered the concept of BJMFF systems for the Country’s Civil Defence..

Sunil’s earlier conceived the entire operations and Brand Building of specialty Industrial products of Magna Industrial Co., through their national Distributors Permaweld Ltd. Sunil as their GM & COO lead a team for 16 long years which provided Consultancy Service & Asset Management services to the cream of Indian Industry and successfully changed Industry Norms. The specialty products purview included Specialty Lubricants, Coatings, Chemicals, Ultrasound Detectors, Predictive Maintenance Programmes and Fuel ERP Solutions.

Sunil holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and also a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Rekha and two children Ridhi and Akshan.
