Madan leads the Enzen’s Electricity Business. Madan has over 27 years of Experience in the Power Industry. Prior to joining Enzen he was the Managing Director of ERPL which he led to being the preferred partner to leading Power, Automation, Telecom and Infrastructure companies across the globe. He also had the distinction of leading this company to a successful IPO.

Prior to ERPL, Madan was the Managing Director of HITPL, a Power Quality company where he was responsible for growing the company from being a start up to a highly recognised and accepted supplier of Power Quality solutions to large power consuming industries. He was instrumental in forging a number of alliances with overseas companies to develop a range of products for the Wind Power, Steel, Cement and other industries.

He also served as a Director of a Multinational Industrial Automation company which was a niche player in the consumer goods and hydraulics manufacturing market. He started his career at Crompton Greaves Limited before moving to ABB Limited, where, he successfully implemented technology and know-how transfer from the parent company in Europe.

Madan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Calicut University and is a member of CBIP board for deciding on the Standards for Harmonic Content in Power Systems in India. He is also a member of various Management and Industry associations. He resides in Bangalore, India with his wife Anita and two children Gokul and Gopika
