Christabel D’Souza, Associate Vice President – People & Culture of Enzen.  Has nearly 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resource and Training. Her experience in the Corporate world and the Developmental sector has helped in a better understanding of People and an ability to employ the best talent.  Her strength and focus continue to remain in her ability to interact with the TEAM as well as accept challenges that address HR related activities.  Her expertise has been often been utilized by start up organizations to set up and put in place system & procedures.    Her previous assignments have been with Xavier Institute of Communications, House of Patels, Getit infomediary Limited and Millipore. One of her achievements was to set up a training institute for Transport Management and Research in Bangalore.

She has conducted an inter-faith related scientific survey in Mumbai which findings were reported in some of the  leading newspapers of Mumbai.  She has also written a monograph entitled, ‘Naqab ke peeche’. and recorded an audio cassette with the same title.  Both these received wide appreciation from several organizations, as also from the Ministry of Women & Child Health, Government of India, who ordered 25,000 copies he same for their ministry.

Christabel is a MBA and holds a Masters degree in Social Work. She was awarded for her paper in Training Methodology by ISTD. She resides in Bangalore with her husband Ignatius, daughter Shalini and son Craig. Her eldest daughter Preeti resides in US.
